HARVEST OF SOULS AT KAJOLA
WNCC faculty and students engage in an open-air community outreach within our community monthly to assist congregations with evangelism. We do this to the end so that the congregations would have a wider outreach of their evangelistic activity and reach out to their prospects. Through this avenue, the members of the community are invited to study the gospel with us as we present them with the undiluted gospel of Christ.
The church of Christ at Kajola was established through the ministry of the College and since then, there has been a symbiotic relationship between the College and the congregation. This symbiotic relationship is necessary as we assist the congregation in evangelism and edification. Also, weekly, we have our students visit the community to assist the children with their assignments and with basic knowledge of the Bible, general knowledge subjects, and the sciences. Through this avenue, we give back to the community and serve the community the way we know best. While some students do this, others are engaged in face-to-face evangelism with discerning adults, and that endeavor has helped the community largely as well as provided avenues where the congregation best serves her immediate community. We engaged in a two-day open-air evangelism outreach at Kajola that led to the harvest of one soul for the Lord from the community. The outreach which was attended by the faculty and students of the College, congregants from Kajola, and members from surrounding congregations led to the harvest of one soul. We handed the soul to the congregation to assist in making that soul a disciple and a useful vessel for God in the immediate environment.
We thank God for the ministry of evangelism that the College engages in at the congregational level. We pray for the harvest of souls that they bear fruit and their fruit remains until the coming of our Lord.
